CORE X9 is a hosted website design and publishing tool. We provide it "as is" and may add, change or remove features over time.
You must give accurate details, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live. One person or organisation per account unless we agree otherwise.
You may not use CORE X9 to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, host malware or illegal content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it without permission. We may suspend accounts that do.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown before you subscribe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not provide pro-rata refunds except where required by law. We may change prices with notice for future billing periods.
You keep ownership of the content and sites you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, back up and display them to run the service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.
CORE X9, its software, and its branding remain ours. These terms grant you a licence to use the service, not ownership of it.
Some features connect to third parties you choose (for example Stripe for your own store, or an identity provider for single sign-on). Your use of those is subject to their terms.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination we may delete your data after a reasonable period; export anything you need first.
The service is provided without warranties to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms; we will post the new version here and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use CORE X9 means you accept the updated terms.
